McKenzie and Jason have a lovely business together. They are both excellent therapists and always aim to please. They’re studio is very clean and it is a comfortable/cozy place to be for a massage. McKenzie has been my massage therapist for the past eight years. I can’t wait to get on her table for each and every appointment because she is extremely skilled at what she does and her work helps me immensely. Beside being kind and understanding, McKenzie truly cares about helping to make me feel better. She puts my body back together each and every time and, in the process, she’s been able to save me from more serious problems. All I can say is McKenzie is a necessity in my life!! This is not your usual day spa massage; both McKenzie and Jason are very capable therapists who really focus on their clients' specific condition/situation with a goal of long-term improvement. To deal with the consequences of ankle surgery in '08, I searched for a therapist who understood the relationship of the ankles, hips, back and neck and was willing to apply that knowledge to my rehabilitation. I was fortunate McKenzie began working at my Chiropractor's office a year later, she had the knowledge, skill and patience to provide the integrated approach I needed. She excels at actively listening to a client and the client's muscles then tailoring her work to the client's unique needs. She was also willing to work with my other practitioners and pilates instructor to assure her work was well coordinated with theirs. Going forward, McKenzie is willing to share her knowledge and teach a client the preventive techniques needed to build flexibility and strength. Earlier this year, I was recommended by a work friend to seek out McKenzie- I fell backwards off my deck, resulted in constant back/neck pain, often keeping me up for hours a night. I have been going to McKenzie Lee for approximately 3+ years now, I've had Plantar Fasciitis problems in my feet from running and back aches from bodybuilding 3x a week. Jason is extremely professional and knowledgeable! He has been able to solve pain mysteries for me that physical therapists and orthopedic doctors could not. I'm doing SO MUCH BETTER!! He even taught me some stretching yoga moves to continue to maintain my problem area. I had radiating pain that was gone as soon as I left. It's amazing how he knows exactly what muscles cause the symptoms I described. I have been going to see Jason once a month since pre pandemic. He is fantastic and I always feel so much better afterward! One of the things I really like is that he talks you through what muscles he's working on and how they connect to each other. I have knee issues where my knee feels swollen all the time and he has helped to alleviate that for me. I always feel so much more relaxed when I leave as well. Jason really knows his stuff and tailors the massage to what your body needs at the time. For me that looks like what I believe a deep tissue message would be at any other spa. Jason is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his trade and it shows! I would recommend him to anyone looking to feel better in their body.
